About PIT Fitness

OUR MISSION:

We are a private training studio that focuses on the needs of our clients through one-on-one personal training, small personal training groups and some larger group training options. We help our clients navigate their weeks through goal setting, nutritional guidance (within our scope of practice) and any other health-related activities as it relates to our clients’ goals.

OUR VISION:

With the extensive growth of large group training, the industry and demand has shifted away from individualized and personalized training. We will strive to be the best when it comes to customized and individualized personal training. We want one-on-one training to compliment your other fitness activities and to ensure you remain strong, fit, and have the lowest possible risk of injury.

Our team of fitness professionals has over 100 years of experience and we each hold quality certifications.
